1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FBA FLOW ("Service"), available at fbaflow.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FBA FLOW is an AI-powered platform designed for Amazon sellers. Our services include:

  • UGC Video Generation: AI-powered creation of user-generated content videos for Amazon product listings
  • Marketplace Analysis: Data-driven analysis tools for Amazon marketplace research, including competitor analysis, niche validation, and opportunity finding
  • Credit-Based System: Access to tools through a credit-based usage system

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

4.1 Free Plan

New users receive a free plan with 20 credits. Free plan users have access to limited features, including a maximum of 2 UGC video generations and 5 marketplace analyses.

4.2 Paid Plans

We offer paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Ultra) with varying credit allocations and feature access. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to subscribers.

4.3 Credits

Credits are used to access platform features such as video generation and marketplace analysis. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unused credits may expire at the end of the billing period depending on your plan.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team and we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Credits may be refunded for failed or stuck video generations at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our prior written consent
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
  • Circumvent any usage limits, credit restrictions, or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FBA FLOW and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service (such as product information for video generation). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 Generated Content

Videos and analyses generated through the Service are provided for your use. You may use generated UGC videos for your Amazon listings and marketing purposes. We do not claim ownership of the generated content, but we reserve the right to use anonymized data to improve our services.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate videos and marketplace analyses. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • AI-generated content may not always be 100% accurate or suitable for your specific needs
  • Marketplace analysis data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our tools
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use
  • AI-generated videos should comply with Amazon's advertising and listing policies — it is your responsibility to ensure compliance

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon: Our tools are designed for Amazon marketplace analysis. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
  • Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
  • Google: Google Sign-In is provided as an authentication option, subject to Google's terms of service.

We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FBA FLOW and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors or inaccuracies in generated content or analyses
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any business decisions made based on our marketplace analysis tools

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FBA FLOW and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FBA FLOW operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
